our services are.

Once you have selected our services a database will be created for your event. A $25 deposit is due to reserve your date. All you have to do is send out the invitation and we will take care of the rest! Before you mail your invitations, we must have an accurate and complete guest list for your database and full payment.

When you send out your invitations our toll free number will be printed on them so that your guest will know how to RSVP.

When your guests call, your database will be updated to reflect your guest's decision of whether they will or will not attend. At that time we will provide your guest with any information you want them to know or any information you may need, for example: hotel accommodations, special accommodations for children, gift registries, and so on.

Three to four weeks prior to the event, we will call any guests who have not had a chance, or forgot to call and RSVP. As we get an answer your database will be updated and they will also get the necessary information you would want them to have. Most caterer request a guest count two weeks before the event.

     Our goal is to give our customers the most accurate count possible for their event.
