- When is the
payment due?
A $25 dollar deposit is required to reserve your date. The
remaining balance will be due at the time you submit your
guest list.
- When
is the guest list due?
(A) The guest list is due (in proper format, i.e. Excel
Spreadsheet in alphabetical order by last name), before
you send your invitations out, so when your guests start
to RSVP we will know who they are, and if they really were
invited. Additional fees may apply for conversion of guest
list in hard copy to digital format.

- What
if a guest calls to RSVP and they are not on the list?
They will not be able to RSVP and they will be told in a
professional manner. If you wish to add them to you list,
you would have to call and authorize that but additional
fees may occur.
- How
do my guests know to call you to RSVP?
When you choose to use National RSVP to take care of your
RSVP needs and your date is reserved, you will be provided
with a toll free number that you can place at the bottom
of your invitation.

When do you start callbacks?
We will start call backs three weeks prior to your event,
your RSVP date should be around that time. Most caterers
require a guest count two weeks before the event. That will
give us a week to contact your guests who have not called,
so you can give your caterer an accurate count.
- When
do I get a final report?
You will get your final report two weeks prior to your event.
If guest continue to call after you have received your final
report, we will update your database and give you another
report the week before the event. Updates days prior to
the event are available upon request.
- How
do I reserve my date?
Go to the “Get Started” Page and send in the
information requested.
- Can
I RSVP for other people?
Yes, if you know people are going to attend please make
us aware of that. If no
one makes us aware of their decision, we will assume they
haven’t contacted us
and we will contact them.

Can I add guest to my list after I have submitted my original
guest list?
Yes, you can add up to ten guests on to your guest list
without additional charge.
After those ten, there will be an additional fee to go in
and update your database.
- What
information will you share with my guest?
Your guest will be notified of the specific details of your
special day. We will tell
them the time, date and place of the event. We will also
notify them of your gift
registries, accommodations for children, and if they can
bring a guest with them
or not. Guest can also select their meal choice for a small
additional fee.
- What
other events do you handle?
We handle all types of events, for example, weddings, corporate
and promotional
events, as well as, church events.
Services that require additional fees:
- Keeping track of guest menu selection $25.00
- Hardcopy of final guest list $25.00
- Spreadsheet conversion (if spreadsheet is not in Excel
format) $25.00
- Adding more than 10 guest after database is created
$25.00
- Live operator for your guest $50.00
